consultation

All clients are invited to a complimentary one-hour consultation. During this time, we will discuss your ideas, find out your budget and discuss options for how to create a cohesive suite of paper goods suited to your individual needs.

When possible, we prefer in-person meeting but for clients living outside of New York City, we can setup a time to talk over the telephone.

estimates

Estimates are prepared based on your budget and project scope determined during our consultation. This process may take from 3-5 business days based on the scale and complexity of your event.

Deposit

Once we’ve settled on the actual project scope and firmed up all the details, an invoice will be sent via email outlining all final details. At this time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. Once you’ve submitted copy and necessary information to us, we will begin on the design.

proofs

Digital proofs will be emailed within 10 business days after your deposit and all text has been provided. Two design options will be presented. Three rounds of edits are included within reason, (changing fonts / simple layout edits, etc.)  Additional proofs thereafter will incur a $25 fee.

If you are not satisfied with either of the design options, there is a $125 fee for creating a completely new series of layouts.

Please proofread all information before submitting your final approval and payment. You are responsible for the copy you send to us and we will print it exactly as you specified. We recommend you pay careful attention to spelling, dates and times.

Approval

When your order is ready to print, send us your final approval via email. We will then send you a final invoice stating you balance due. Once your final payment is received, your order will be sent to production. Any changes hereafter, may be subject to a reprint cost. This includes quantity changes.

Inspired Goodness is not responsible for any errors after you’ve provided a final approval.

Turnaround time

Once we receive your final approval and your balance has been paid in full, your order is sent to print and shipped according to the provided production schedule.

payment

We accept debit and credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard) as well as personal checks. Contact us at 347-529-4116 to arrange payment via credit card.

shipping + handling

Once your order is complete, we will be in touch to to confirm delivery information. We ship all orders Fed Ex Standard Ground for a flat fee of $25 in the Continental U.S. If your order needs to be shipped outside this area, it may be subject to additional rates.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Please inquire for estimates.

postage

The cost of postage is not included in your order. We recommend you taking a finished invitation to be weighed by the USPS prior to purchasing any postage, as paper stocks, envelope sizes/shapes and the number of inserts all may slightly effect the final price.

addressing

We currently do not offer guest addressing. If you would like to use a calligrapher, feel free to contact us for recommendations.

Please be sure to ask how much time the calligrapher requires in order completing your project(s). You may need to place your order earlier than our recommended times in order to meet the calligrapher’s schedule.

assembly

All completed orders are provided unassembled. Upon receiving your order, we will provide one fully assembled invitation sample to you along with a one-sheet of assembly instructions and tips.

Assembly rates start at $300. Please inquire for more details.

Final designs and all files are the exclusive property of Inspired Goodness, LLC and may not be copied or resold for any reason. Upon final payment, all rights remain the exclusive property of Inspired Goodness, LLC. When contracting your order, you are granting us permission to photography your items for use in the Inspired Goodness portfolio.

sales tax

New York Sales Tax (8.875%) is added to orders placed in New York State.
Out of state residents do not pay sales tax.
