What can I expect to spend?

For couples looking to stay within a set price point, we created our Ready-to-Order Wedding Collection which includes 12 gorgeous flat-printed suites that can be customized to fit your style. Every design includes a range of coordinating pieces: Save the Dates, Thank You Notes and Reception items. A 4-piece suite (including formal invitations, reply card and blank envelopes) starts at $680 for 100 pieces. Save the Date pricing begins at $335 for 100 with blank envelopes.

How do we get started?

We're certain that once you have a chance to see our work in person you'll fall in love, that's why we encourage clients order samples* which allows you to hold an actual Invitation in your hands. Then, just give us a call when your ready to move forward and we'll walk you through the entire process. For local area couples, we encourage you to view our album in person at Papel New York, a lovely stationery shop located in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. How many pieces do I need to order?

A good rule of thumb is to determine the number of invitations that need to go to each household on your guest list. Reprinting is expensive and subject to large minimums so be sure to double-check your list to obtain the most accurate number. Round your numbers up if you have any doubts you may need more pieces at a later date. Wedding Invitation orders include 10% additional envelopes. If the calligrapher you are working with requests more than this amount, please be sure to order accordingly.

When should I place my order?

The following suggestions are based on typical events. If you are having a destination event or your wedding is over a holiday weekend, you may want to add time in order for your guests to make the necessary arrangements.

Can you suggest wording?

Absolutely! We recommend consulting Crane and Co's. Wedding Invitation Etiquette Guide first to help you work on an initial draft for your invitations. Let us know if there's a situation that you're not sure how to word correctly or if you're looking for something a little bit different - we're here to help and lend ideas!

Do you offer guest addressing?

We do not offer guest addressing but are happy to share with you a list of wonderful calligraphers who we frequently work alongside.

Can you assemble and mail my invitations for me?

We sure can! Assembly prices start at $300. Please inquire for more information.

Wedding Collection: Terms & Conditions

We are happy to ship you a sample pack showcasing our work or specific items from an individual suite when in stock. Samples can be ordered in our Online Shop and cost $15, the cost of which will be deducted when placing your order.

Please note: samples cannot be personalized with your details.

Proof Approval
We are not responsible for any spelling errors and may charge for reprints as necessary. Please proofread carefully, paying special attention to names, dates and time!

Turnaround Time
After proof approval, orders are shipped within 10 business days. Additional lead times are required for certain upgrades.

Cancellations that occur after final approval will not be accepted. After first proof is received, a 25% cancellation order fee will apply.

Our standard shipping is UPS, Ground. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order so that we can furnish you an estimated cost.

Rush Orders    
We are able to provide RUSH service which will reduce your timeline to 5 business days for an additional 50%. Rush service is not available on envelope liners or custom maps.

Wedding Collection: Upgrades

Double-sided Printing
(30% surcharge)
Ink colors and patterns are available for double-sided printing. Perfect for when you want to add directions to the reverse side of a custom map or a second language to the backside of your invitations. Double-side printing is included at no additional cost on the following items: (PC) Program cards, (PF) Folded Programs, (A2) Reply Post Cards and our Post Card Theme Save the Dates.

Double-Thick Stock
(25% surcharge)
Flat cards may be upgraded to print on double-thick (38pt) 100% Cotton.

Envelope Liners
Ink colors or patterns can be used as liners for A7 size envelopes. Adds 5 business days to order

($150 fee)
Maps can be included on any card to help guide your guests or showcase points of interest. Contact us for details. Adds 7-10 business days to order

Weekend Itinerary
($75 fee)
If you’re hosting a destination wedding, it’s a great idea to include a weekend itinerary, mailed out with your invitations, so guests know just how what to expect. Our large (A6) insert is the perfect size to accommodate these details.

Ship Ahead Envelopes
($75 + shipping fee)
In some instances, envelopes may be available to ship ahead of the rest of your order. Please call us to confirm availability before placing your order.
