May 17, 2011 Welcome Ginger Lucia Canale
Wow, this post is way overdue. Or should I say any post is way overdue. Sorry to drop out the past month but things have been very busy in our world. Our daughter, Ginger Lucia Canale, was born on April 25th and it's been amazing ever since.;)
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that John and I are parents and responsible for this angel. She's completely perfect and we're both so smitten. It's amazing to know how much having a child will not only test your limits as an individual but also strengthen you as a couple. I love the fact that I have a family of my own - actually I can't get over how amazing and cool that part is.
I can't wait for Ginger to get a little bit bigger so I can start teaching her things but I'm loving how tiny and small she is right now. It's bliss being a mom and definitely one of the hardest jobs I've ever had.

Hope to be around a little more but will keep posting pretty light until I'm 100% back up and running in late August / early September.
