The Super Harvest Moon

I headed up to our roof Wednesday to capture a few photos of what was promised to be a spectacular sunset, The Super Harvest Moon. I did not want to miss out on this event - which only happens once every 20 years when the Sun sets as the full Moon rises on the exactly opposite sides of one another. It occurs on the autumnal equinox.

It was a little bit of a bummer to what I had expected due to the sky being incredibly overcast, but I managed to take some beautiful photos nonetheless.
