Preserving my Bouquet

For quite some time, I've been looking around for the perfect bell jar in an effort to save my wedding bouquet. Designed by the talented team at Artfool, the flowers I carried were complimented by various beaded decorations. It's was certainly an area where I went over my estimated budget, but I adored the end result!

I decided after the wedding to let the flowers dry our in the open air, while away on our honeymoon. It ended up being quite a good move since the flowers and stems changed into lovely shades of beige and brown upon our return.

For the past two years, the bouquet has sat perched high on a shelf in our living room hutch, gently waiting a more permanent home. For years, I've searched high and low for the perfect size vessel to contain it and finally stumbled upon Glassdomes.com.

I'm finally placing an order and will be sure to post some pix when the bouquet is preserved properly; so excited to check this project off my to do list!!
